Chuck Roast over Coals

Ingredients

2 Stalks celery

1/3 ts Dry mustard

1 tb Brown sugar

1 1 1/2-in thick Chuck roast

1 1/2 tb Worcestershire Sauce

1 ts Salt

1 md Onion

3 tb Flour

2 Carrots sliced

1 tb Vinegar

3/4 c Catsup

1 ds Pepper


Directions

Brown roast 20 minutes on each side over coals. Season with salt & pepper. Mix remaining ingredients; put half of sauce on large sheet of foil, top with meat, then rest of sauce. Fold foil & secure.
