Chunky Artichoke Salsa

Ingredients

1 jar (6 oz) Marinated artichoke hearts

1/3 cup Sliced olives

2 tablespoons Red onion chopped

3 medium Plum tomatoes chopped

1 clove Garlic crushed

3 tablespoons Fresh basil chopped (or 2t dried)

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

1. Drain marinade from artichokes into a small bowl. 2. Chop artichokes, olives, and onion and add to marinade in bowl. 3. Add tomatoes, garlic and basil. Mix and season with salt and pepper 4. Serve with tortilla chips.
