Cinnamon Roll Cake

Warm and gooey and good...Instead of the glaze you could also make your own cream cheese icing, or your favorite cream cheese icing from the can.

Ingredients

3 cups flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 cups milk

2 Eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup butter melted

1 cup butter softened

1 cup brown sugar

1 TBL cinnamon

2 TBL flour

2 cup powdered sugar

5 TBL milk

1 tsp vanilla


Directions

1. Mix everything together except for the butter. 2. Slowly stir in the melted butter and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. 3. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife. 4. Bake at 350(F) for 28-32 minutes. 5. While warm drizzle the glaze over the cake. ENJOY

@spaige. I'm not really sure. I would think you could do that the same way you would the filling. Maybe even 1/2 the filling and then substitute some of the raspberry jam. That way the cake won't be messed up with too much liquid. Let me know how it turns out.
