Ingredients

Potato, 2 medium

Onions, 1.5 cup

Celery, 1 cup

Butter, salted

Knorr Vegetable Bouillon

*Snow's Chopped Clams in clam juice

Kirkland Organic Low Fat Milk

8 ozs additional clam juice

garlic salt to taste

seafood seasoning


Directions

Saute onions and celery in butter in large stock pan. 4 or 5 minutes. Add diced potatoes cook one or two more minutes. Season to taste. Add 2 cups water, bouillon, clam juice and cook (low boil) 20 minutes. Add milk, 3 cans of clam plus liquids. Heat and serve. Number of Servings: 8
