Cocoa Rye Bread

Ingredients

2 c Sourdough culture

1 1/2 c Rye flour

1 tb Sugar

2 ts Vital gluten

1 tb Vegetable oil

1 tb Caraway seed

1 1/2 c White bread flour

1/4 c Cocoa

2/3 c Water; as needed

1/4 c Water

1 ts Salt

1 c White bread flour


Directions
