Ingredients

4 egg whites

9 dl confectioners sugar powdered sugar/ tomusokeria

3 tbsp almond powder mantelijauhetta

2 tbsp Flour

1 bag coconut flakes 1 iso pussi (180 grams/ 0.4 pounds/ 6.34 ounces) kookoshiutaleit

Directions

1. Whip egg whites. Add powdered sugar and continune beating until the mixture forms a marangue-type consistency. Fold in almond powder, flour and coconut flakes. Mix until smoothly blended. 2. Add small spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet (leivinpaperilla vuoratulle uunipellille), leave room for spreading. Bake at 175 degress celsius/ 350 fahrenheit for approximately 15 min., until the cookies are crisp and have a golden gleen. Let cool and then remove from baking sheet.
