Coconut Cream Pie #2

Ingredients

3 Eggs separated

3 tb Cornstarch

1 ts Vanilla

1 ds Salt

2 c milk

3/4 c Sugar

1/4 Stick butter or margarine

3/4 c Coconut


Directions

Mix together dry ingredients & add enough milk to make a paste. Add egg yolks to paste & mix well. Add rest of milk. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add vanilla, butter & coconut.
