cherry_nova2These cupcakes came out very well. The amount of coconut flavor is perfect and cream cheese frosting is always yummy. My batch made 24 regular sized cupcakes and I baked them for 35 minutes. Half of the frosting was enough to cover ever cupcake well. I will be making these again!
