Coconut Glazed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup grapes

1 cup peaches chopped

1 banana sliced

1 apple sliced

6 oz Fat free vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp splenda

1/4 tsp coconut extract

1/4 tsp lime juice


Directions

In a large bowl, combine all of the fruit and set aside In a mixing bowl, combine all glaze ingredients until mixed well. Add glaze to fruit bowl. Toss and coat all fruit evenly. Nutrition: 1 cup 122 calories 1g fat 28.5g carbohydrates (3.5g fiber, 20.5g sugar) 2.5g protein
