Ingredients

2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats (GF if needed)

2 tablespoons golden flax seeds

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

1 cup pecans roughly chopped

1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/3 up coconut oil melted

1/3 up honey*

1/3 up real maple syrup

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (sometimes called cocon they're available at Trader Joe's & most health food stores)
