Coleslaw with vinaigrette dressing

Ingredients

1 cup green cabbage shredded

1/2 cup purple cabbage shredded

1/2 cup Carrot shredded

3 tablespoons Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoon water

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Olive oil

5 turns fresh ground pepper

1 pinch Garlic powder


Directions

Mix all the dressing ingredients together, the pour over top of the cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss until the vegetables are coating with the dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Toss before serving.
