Cooked Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

1 ts Salt

1/4 ts Black pepper

2 tb Onion tops; chopped

2 lg Heads cauliflower

1 Garlic crushed

2 tb White onion; grated

1/2 c Salad oil

1/4 c Garlic wine vinegar

2 tb Parsley chopped

1/4 ts Cayenne pepper


Directions

Separate cauliflower into tiny florettes. Drop into boiling, salted water. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain well and chill. Mix remaining ingredients and blend well.
