4 teaspoons baking powder

2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds in 6 Tablespoons water

1/4 cup applesauce or any light colored jam

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 to 1 1/2 soy/almond/other types of milk* or water

1/2 cup frozen corn

2-4 Tablespoons sweetener: i.e. Succanat evaporated cane juice (optional, for a slighter sweeter taste)

1/2 teaspoon salt
