Ingredients

1 can corn

1 can creamed corn

2 Eggs

1 box corn muffin mix

1 stick butter

1 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp garlic

cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except cheese. 2. Pour into a casserole dish or a 9X13 baking dish. 2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, if desired. 3. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked in center.
