Ingredients

1 Can Corn Undrained

1/2 cup Onion Chopped

1/2 cup Potato Cubed

2 Tsp Vegetable bouillon

1 3/4 Cup 2% Milk

1 Tbsp Margarine

2 Tbsp Corn starch


Directions

In a large saucepan, combine corn, onion, potatoes, water and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the milk and margarine. In a small bowl combine the remaining milk and corn starch; beat with a wire whisk until smooth and add mixture to chowder. Cook until thick and bubbly.
