Ingredients

1 16 ounce bag Thawed

2 2 1/4 cans Slices

1 Medium Chopped

1 Large Chopped

5 Cloves Minced

1 1/3 cup

1 1/4 cup

1 3 tbsp

1 1 tsp

1 1/2 tsp

1 1/2 tsp


Directions

In a large bowl, combine corn, olives, red pepper and onion. In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over corn mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
