1 large Egg
4 1/2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
3 1/4 cups Bread flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 1/4 teaspoons Active dry yeast
2 tablespoons butter (for dinner rolls only) (optional) melted

gabeshappymomMine fluffed so high it stuck to the top of my machine, so the top did not brown well. I think I'll reduce the yeast a little next time and how it comes out. But it was SO tasty it did not matter!!! This is indeed our new favorite!!
OnePfctAngelI've used this no fail recipe for years. I usually omit the egg and sometimes replace the sugar with honey and it still turns out great!
