In small bowl mix soup mix and beef stock
Cook hamburger add garlic powder drain
Combine milk and sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire cause, and soup mix
Pour mixture in hamburger put n 1 cup of cheese combine
Put 1/2 tots n bottom of pan put n beef mixture put remaining tots on top sprinkle with cheese
