Crab Crostini

Ingredients

2 ts Grated Parmesan cheese

2 tb Reduced-calorie mayonnaise;

2 tb fresh flat-leaf Chopped

2 ts Reduced-calorie mayonnaise;

4 dr Liquid red pepper sauce

1/2 c red bell peper Diced

1 tb fresh chives Chopped

1 tb Fresh lime juice

4 oz Italian Bread in 16 slices

1 tb Dijon mustard

6 oz crabmeat Cooked lump


Directions

Preheat broiler. Pick over crabmeat to remove cartilage. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except Italian bread; blend well. Spread 1 T crab mixture on each bread slice; place slices on broiler rack. Broil 4" from heat 5-6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
