Ingredients

1 Lb Fresh Cranberries

1 Large Lime Pared

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1/2 Liter Vodka

Directions

Poke holes in cranberries. Fill a large glass bottle about 1/3 of the way with cranberries. Add a layer of strips of lime peel. Add more cranberries, another layer of lime peel, then more cranberries. Add sugar, then pour in vodka. Let infuse for about two weeks. Gently shake every day or two to make sure it gets mixed and sugar dissolves.

This is a good recipe idea. I aplaude youl. However, this would work so much better if the whole fresh cranberries are rough chopped in a food prcesser before combining with the Vodka instead of merely poking holes in them.
