Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients

1 stick margarine

1 cup flour (all-purpose)

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 8-oz cream cheese

1 cup confectioners sugar

1 small cool whip

1 package chocolate instant pudding

1 cups cold milk


Directions

Cake Base: Melt margarine in pan – then sprinkle flour in – pour in nuts. (You end up with a "blob"!) Using your fingers, press this "blob" into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees – 20 minutes – cool! Cream Cheese Filling: Cream the cream cheese and sugar together and with a mixer, whip in small cool whip. Spread over the cooled crust. Place in freezer for 10 min. Chocolate Filling: Whip these two ingredients together and spread on the mixture above. Place in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip when serving. YUM!!!!
