Ingredients

6-8 medium onions sliced and in strings

2 pints heavy whipping cream

10 cubes Beef bouillon cubes

2 qts water

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 stick butter


Directions

Slice onions in strings and saute in 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. cook until onions are soft. Broth for onions Bring water to a boil and add bouillon cubes add pepper and salt. After boiling bring to a low simmer and add whipping cream. Keep on low heat cause if to hot mild will curdle. Then add onions and let simmer until hot
