Place parmesan in bowl, 5secs sp 8, set aside.
Add garlic and parsley to bowl, 3 sec sp 8.
Change to mixing blade, scrape down sides with spatula, Add chicken and oil.
Cook 15 mins, 100 deg, sp 1.
Add cream and parmesan, 5mins, 100deg, sp 1.
Serve with pasta. If you prefer a thicker sauce I would remove measuring cup in the last 5mins of cooking.
