4 cups chicken broth you may use vegetable broth
2 cans (28 oz) whole tomatoes chopped with juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1.5 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon tarragon
0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
0.5 teaspoon thyme
2 cups light cream
.5 teaspoon paprika
.5 teaspoon curry powder
.25 teaspoon white pepper
1 Salt
This bisque is amazing!! However, I prefer to remove the seeds from the tomatoes before adding them.

BrettcaseyThis recipe ROCKS! A favorite in my little household, and a hit at family gatherings. I have to leave out the carrots, as my wife is allergic, so I don't get the full mirepoix effect, but this beats any bisque I've ever tried.
