2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups diced cucumber (or shredded)
1/2 cup fresh dill - minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves - grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
I did substitute dried dill (1tbsp) because we didn't have fresh. I think the lemon juice and raw garlic come on too strong for me.
