Crescent Ham and Egg Bake

Ingredients

1 8-oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls

1 cup ham cooked, cubed

8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese sliced

4 medium Eggs

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup Onions chopped

1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard


Directions

Refrigerated crescent rolls create the crust for this delicious breakfast casserole. Unroll crescent rolls in a 13x9" lightly greased baking dish, gently press dough along the bottom and up the sides of the dish to form a crust. Sprinkle on ham and top with cheese slices. Combine eggs, milk, onions and mustard in small mixing bowl; mix well. Pour egg mixture over cheese layer. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes until crust is browned and eggs are done.
