Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

8 slices thick cut bacon chopped

2 pounds Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved lengthwise

2 cloves garlic sliced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper


Directions

1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon using slotted spoon, and let drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet. 2. Add Brussels sprouts, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp tender and lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Stir in bacon, and cook just until heated through.
