Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds round steak cut in strips

2 tablespoons flour

Salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups mushrooms sliced

1 can beef broth

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sour cream

3 cups egg noodles

1 onion sliced


Directions

Dredge the strips of beef in flour and place on the bottom of the crock-pot. Salt and pepper to your taste. Add the onion, mushrooms, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Just before serving, stir the sour cream into the stroganoff. Serve on bed of noodles. Sides: steamed broccoli

With the addition of some crushed garlic and a few squirts of catsup (something I put in most slow cooked beef recipes) also used venison instead of beef ('cause that's what I had) the taste was great, family loved it!
