Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken

14.4 oz diced tomatoes with mild chilis

14.4 oz can fat free chicken broth

Directions

Combine chicken broth, beans, tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt in crock pot. Season chicken with salt on top Cook low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return to cooker and stir in. Serve over rice or tortillas and add favorite toppings.
