Ingredients

1 cup lentils

3/4 cup Quinoa

1 cup water

1 quart Vegetable broth

2 cups Mushrooms sliced

1 cup Carrots sliced

1 Yellow onion diced

1 tablespoon Black pepper

1 tablespoon Basil fresh

2 cloves Garlic

2 teaspoon Thyme


Directions

Mix ingredients together in crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
