Crockpot Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

12 oz. mushrooms drained, sliced

1 Tbsp. Butter

3 cups Chicken broth

2 Tbsp. Onion minced

2 Tbsp. Flour

1 cup Sour cream

1 cup half and half cream or milk


Directions

Saute' mushrooms in butter for 3-4 minutes. Pour mushrooms, broth and onion in crockpot; stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Turn setting to HIGH 30 minutes before serving. Combine sour cream and flour; add to crockpot. Add half and half. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until slightly thickened.
