1-2 ups sugar peas (cut)

1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)

1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)

1/4 cup green onion (chopped tops only)

1/4 cup natural peanut butter

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp light soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 lime (juiced)

1/4 cup peanuts
