Crunchy Picnic Potatoes

Ingredients

1 package Southwestern Hash Browns

1/2 cup Melted Butter

1/2 cup Onions

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 large Sour Cream

1 package Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Corn Flakes crushed


Directions

Mix 1/4 cup butter, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper and soup together. Fold in hash browns. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Drizzle other 1/4 cup melted butter on top of corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
