Devilish Chili-Cheese Dogs (Rachael Ray)

Ingredients

1 TBSP olive oil

1 lb ground beef

salt & pepper to taste

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic

1 small onion chopped

1 TBSP chili powder

1 8 oz tomato sauce

1 package beef franks

1 TBSP butter

1 TBSP Hot pepper sauce

1 package hot dog buns

2 cups cheddar cheese shredded


Directions

Heat a skillet over medium/high heat. Add olive oil and meat and season with salt and pepper. Brown beef. Add worchestershire, onion, garlic and chili powder and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to low. Meanwhile, boil franks in shallow pan to warm through. Score the casings on the dogs. Melt butter in a skillet with the hot sauce. Add dogs and brown the casings. Heat broiler. Place dogs in the buns and top with chili and cheese. Melt cheese and serve immediately.
