I loved this recipe. It was so fresh and light. I left off the cheese...I forgot:) but still thought it was wonderful.
teresaeasonIt's delicious! Don't cook the bean as long as they recommend or they will be mush. I like my veggies crunchy. Biggest problem is onion breath but other than that I love it. I'm always looking for a healthy meal/snack that tastes goods at work. This fits the bill!
