Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until blended, 1-2 minutes. Let stand or 5 min. Stir in whip topping and half of the crushed cookies. Place 1 T. crushed cookies in cup. Fill cups 3/4 full with mix. Top with rest of cookies. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
