Ingredients

1/2 cup ground sesame seeds (50 g / 1.8 oz)

1/2 cup flaxmeal (75 g / 2.6 oz)

1 cup almond flour (100 g / 3.5 oz)

1/2 cup unflavoured whey protein or egg white protein powd

1 cup coconut flour (original recipe asks for 3/4 cup +

1 tbsp minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp cream of tartar

2 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp Erythritol or Xylitol (Erythritol has less carbs)

1 tsp salt (I used pink Himalayan)

6 large egg whites

2 large eggs

1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

2 cups hot water
