Ingredients

1-1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

6 tablespoons cold, cut into pieces

Directions

FILLING 1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheight. 2) Cut up apples. 3) Add sugar, flour, and cinnamon to apples. TOPPING 1) Mix sugar, butter, flour, and cinnamon in Cuisinart until crumbly. 2) Bake for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees Farenheight and bake for 40 more minutes or until apples are tender. CRUST 1) "Silver Palatte" cinnamon crust recipe on page 201
