Easy Cheesy Potatoes

Using frozen hashbrowns make this casserole super easy and its a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

1 (2-lb) bag Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes cubed not shredded

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 (8 oz) container Sour cream

8 oz Cheddar cheese shredded

4 tablespoons Onion finely chopped

1/2 stick Butter

1 1/2 cups Crushed Cornflakes

1/2 stick Butter


Directions

*Melt 1/2 a stick of butter in a 13x9x2 baking pan *Mix frozen potatoes with the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, and cheddar cheese *Pour into baking pan *Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and mix with cornflake crumbs *Sprinkle mixture on top of potatoes *Bake at 350(F) for 1 hour or a little longer
