Ingredients

1 cup Butter (227 grams)

3 ounce Cream cheese (85 grams)

1 cup sugar (200 grams)

1 large egg yolk (17 grams)

1 teaspoon vanilla (4 grams)

2 1/2 cups flour (313 grams)

colored sprinkles

Directions

Cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and flour. Mix well; add vanilla. Shape into long rolls. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Slice and dip in colored sugar sprinkles. Bake at 375? for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Can be used with a cookie press.
