Easy Mini-Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

2 ts Pepper

4 oz Saltines finely crushed

1 Egg

1 7.5-oz can Salmon

1 Onion finely diced

1 tb Lemon juice

2 ts Dill


Directions

Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown. Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course. Created and typed for you by Lawren Freebody @ Salata BBS.
