Ingredients

1 whole wheat pita

1 large ripe tomato

1 tablespoon basil pesto

1/4 Vidalia onion sliced thin

shredded cheese for the top

salt and pepper to taste

1 sprinkle basil


Directions

Top the pita with pesto,tomato''s and sliced onion salt n pepper cheese sprinkle basil on top before serving,sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes
