1. Defrost spinich & drain water off add to a small bowl the spinich,mushrooms & garlic pureé add a small amount of butter microwave for 2min.
2. Spread the tomato base sauce over naan bread by then the spinich mixture will be cooked add onto the naan evenly then add the grated cheese.
3. Cook in pre-heated oven at 190° for 10-15 min
