Egg over the Falls

Ingredients

2 tb Soft margarine

2 Eggs

2 Slices white bread


Directions

With a small juice glass, cut a round circle out of the center of each slice of bread. Spread one side of bread with margarine. Place bread butter side up in a buttered frying pan and break an egg in each hole. When egg is set, turn egg and bread over and brown other side. Yield: 1 serving.
