8 Eggs

4 English muffins

8 slices Canadian bacon

1 package Hollandaise sauce mix

1 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

dried parsley or truffle salt


Directions

Poach eggs. - 3 min on med heat Toast and butter English muffins Warm canadian bacon Layer canadian bacon onto english muffin, place egg on top and drizzle hollandaise sauce. Serve warm
