2 hot NM green chili peppers
2 cups frozen petite peas thawed
1 pkg. fresh tofu drained
2 Tbs. avocado oil
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 to 3 tsp. Himalayan Crystal salts to taste
Store in a container and refrigerate
