Ingredients

Directions

1. Cook meat with onion in skillet. 2. In bowl mix meat, tomato sacue, green chilies, chili powder, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce, and kidney beans. 3. In CrockPot or round baking casserole, put in 1/4 C meat mixture then tortilla then cheese...repeat till all mixture is in. Pour tomato juice on top and around the sides of your layers. 4. CrockPot: High, 2-3 hours Casserole: 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes or until torillas are a bit crispy on top.

Can really use any meat, chicken is great. I've thrown in crushed red pepper, japalenos...really anything. Beans are optional. Cook till looks done, everything is already cooked, just melting together. [I posted this recipe.]
