Ingredients

2 cups Sugar

3 cups All purpose flour

2 teaspoons Baking soda

1 teaspoon Salt

3 tablespoons Cocoa

3/4 cup Oil

2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 teaspoons Vinegar

2 cups Water cold

1/4 bottle Red food coloring

Directions

Combine sugar, flour, soda, salt and cocoa. In seperate bowl, mix oil, vanilla, vinegar, water, and food coloring. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. (Cupcakes for 25 minutes)
