4 ounces prosciutto cut into 1/4-inch strips, thinly sliced
8 ounces crimini mushrooms sliced
1 cup frozen peas thawed
1 cup whipping cream
16 cherry tomatoes halved
1 pound fettuccine
0.67 cup Parmesan cheese (about 2 ounces) grated
0.25 cup fresh chives chopped

srbodlakGreat dish. A bit more prosciutto then I would have liked but it was still great. You can easily make this without the veggies or prosciutto. You can add spinach or chicken and it would still be great. It's a fantastic fettuccine recipe.

katehandelThis is sooo good! I love the taste from the proscuitto and mushrooms. I had 1/2 lb. of rigatoni so I used that instead and halved the recipe, delicious!
