Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

1/3 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup Red wine vinegar

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/4 cup Honey

1 cup Balsamic vinegar

1 cup Beef stock

1 1/2 lbs Flank steak


Directions

Marinade: Mix oil,soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper and honey in a bowl. Pour marinade over steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours. Sauce: Mix balsamic vinegar and beef stock in a pan. Reduce by 1/2. Grill: Place steaks on a grill and discard the marinade. Grill to desired doneness.
